Whether you're planning a meeting, celebration, wedding, or something in between, our pricing is designed to keep things simple.

  • Starting at $100/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Ideal for business meetings, trainings, workshops, wellness classes, and smaller gatherings.

  • Starting at $150/hour with a 4-hour minimum. Perfect for birthdays, graduation parties, showers, celebrations, and other private gatherings.

  • Starting at $175/hour with a 4-hour minimum for prime weekend dates.

  • Full-day packages starting at $1,200, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pricing available based on your date.

  • Your rental includes our 3,000+ sq. ft. event space, full kitchen, stage, tables and chairs, audio capabilities, and flexible setup options. Private events also include one hour before your event for setup and one hour afterward for breakdown and cleanup.

  • Yes! Special rates are available for recurring classes, meetings, and organizations. Community rates may also be available for qualifying nonprofit and community events.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food, hire the caterer of your choice, or use the kitchen for serving and preparing your event.

    ***The kitchen is included with your rental; however, renters are responsible for providing their own food, serving supplies, cookware, utensils, and other catering essentials unless otherwise arranged.

  • Yes. Outside alcohol is permitted for private events, subject to applicable laws and venue policies. The Conference Room does not sell, provide, or serve alcoholic beverages. Renters are responsible for the alcohol provided at their event and for ensuring it is served and consumed responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

    If alcohol will be sold or professionally served, the renter is responsible for arranging any appropriately licensed and permitted alcohol service required for their event.
